The Process
My process at Oasis City Lab is based on the Double Diamond Theory and Lean UX process. I aim to incorporate the key phases of Discovery, Definition, Ideation and Implementation in all of our projects.
Reaserch & Insides
My research encompassed:
• Understanding the user goals and needs
• Defining user persona
• Market and competition analysis
In-depth user research and market analysis guided the design process, ensuring that the website catered to the needs and expectations of a diverse audience interested in urban sustainability and smart city solutions. Especially our main user – citie's authorities

Identified challanges:
• Difficult major customers. City authorities and administration are difficult to attract and interest customers.
• The company's lack of experience, and therefore difficulty in instilling trust in potential customers
• Need to demonstrate direct profits from using services to obtain city funds
